Website With all i-Promote websites minor updates are included free of charge as part of your hosting fee and service charge. The hosting fee / service charge is included in year one and is then chargeable from year two onwards. Your new website will be built with search engine optimisation in mind which is an important step, so the website will have popular searched for key-phrases embedded into the back-end code. We will also include the local areas that you cover within the website pages so with the website being built well you will start to achieve further search results as time passes by naturally. Over 50% of searches are now made using a mobile phone or tablet device like an i-Pad. Your new website will be in a responsive design format, so the layout adapts to display well on mobile and tablet screen sizes. If your website is responsive, then you will be prioritised for mobile search results.

Timescales An average website takes approximately 6 weeks to design, program, test and launch; however, this is dependent on how quickly an installer gets back to us with amendments and changes. We will create a home page design to show you how your new website will look. Once this is approved, our team of designers will create your website in PDF format, this is called a website storyboard. We then ask you to make amendments to text, content etc until you are happy with the storyboard. Once you have approved the storyboard, we will arrange for our developers to program your website. You will receive a test link back 2-3 weeks later and once this is approved your website will go live. To keep to this schedule, we would require your feedback in a timely manner, otherwise it may take longer than the average time.
Prices The cost for a website can be found on our website, our payment terms are 50% up front, and the remainder becomes due just prior to the website going live once you are completely happy with the result.
